Q7:What is the meaning of Hanamatsuri? When and what do you do then? Q7:花まつりの意味は何ですか?いつどのようにしますか?
A7:
Hanamatsuri is held on the April eighth to celebrate Birthday of Buddha.
We make a small home in the temple. On the roof various flowers are decorated.
In the center of the home we put the baby Buddha's Statue.
We held ceremony praying and giving thanks to Buddha.

花まつりは4月8日に仏陀の誕生を祝うために行われます。
私たちは本堂に小さな家をつくりその屋根にたくさんの花を飾り、その小堂の中央に幼い仏陀像を置きます。
私たちは仏陀に感謝を捧げ祈る儀礼をします。
8:Explain about the history and the origin of "Hanamatsuri"? Q8:花まつりの歴史と起源について説明してください。
A8:
Hanamatsuri is started in Gankoji in 606. It has spread in the Edo era.
Since then we sprinkle sweet tea or water on the head of Buddha.
Buddha's Statue points the heaven with its right hand and points the earth with its left hand.

Buddha said "I alone an honored in heaven and on earth".
It means not only Buddha each human being is honored in heaven and on earth.

花まつりは606年元興寺にて行われました。そして江戸時代に広がりました。
その時以来、甘茶やお水を仏頂からふりそそぐようになりました。
仏陀像は右手で天を指し、左手で地面を指しています。
仏陀は「天上天下唯我一尊(天上天下我一人)」と言われました。
それは、仏陀だけでなく全ての人、個々に尊厳があるということを意味しています。
Q9:What does mutability means in Buddhism? Q9:仏教における普遍(無常)とはどういう意味ですか?
A9:
Fundamentally mutability is the most important philosophy.
It means that everything in this world is changing at every moment.
For example, iron gets rusty, glass returns to quartz and human beings' cells are dying at every moment. Then they are replaced by new cells. However we tend to live under the illusion which the present affairs will continue forever. So Buddhism teaches us the truth of mutability which forms a correct judgment about all things

基本的に無常は最も重要な哲学です。
ある瞬間にこの世の全てが変化しているという意味です。
たとえば、鉄はさびつき、ガラスは石英にもどり、人間の細胞は常に消滅します。そして細胞は再生しています。
しかしながら我々は現在の状況が永遠に続くという幻影の下に生きる傾向があります。
仏陀の教えは、全てに正しい判断を形づくる無常の真理を我々に説いています。
